I grew up fixing things because we couldn't afford not to.

That never stopped. 20+ years in tech — web dev, healthcare compliance, enterprise media, banking infrastructure — building internal tools, APIs, automation, DevOps pipelines. The kind of work where if it breaks at 2am, your phone rings.

Off the clock, same brain. Welding, electrical, home automation, a 150lb electromagnet I wound from scrap, ESP32s in everything, mini split installs, fixing whatever breaks next on the family land. I don't have hobbies. I have projects.

FixShifted is what happens when you take enterprise experience and point it at small business problems. You don't need a six-figure consulting firm or a 30-person dev team. You need someone who gets it, builds the fix, and doesn't bill you for a PowerPoint about it.
